Adrian "Butch" Clark , Framework Data Integrator
Clark’s career started with the Texas Department of Transportation working on developing GIS data to support right-of-way projects. From there he went to Smith County, Texas where he led a team of six working on creating a digital parcel map database for the county containing over 105,000 records. His next challenge moved to the scoping, design and implementation of county E9-1-1 systems and telephony engineering projects as the GIS Operations Manager for Network Design Engineers in Little Rock. During this stint Clark’s team played a part in developing E9-1-1 systems in over 50 counties in the U.S. and overseas.
Adrian moved back to Texas and joined Tobin International as Director of Local Government Solutions where he focused on Tobin’s business development within state and local governments in the late 90’s. For the past six years he ran his own consulting firm (GeoInfoPro) which served local government agencies, utility/facility engineering firms, oil and gas companies, and health GIS projects for example.
