AGIO report from State Geographic Information Coordinator
Status of GeoStor Beta
Today is the last day of the Beta Version of GeoStor 5.0. Production version full release is planned for right after the first of the year. Beta test has been moderately successful (limited hits), ~150 downloads, no way to track use of the Map Viewer. No negative feedback received thus far. Discussion ensued.

ADOP
Still working with DFA and Governor’s office to get signed contract for vendor of aerial project, as of this point in time there is no signed contract. The AGIO anticipates signed contract very soon.

The deadline for high resolution county buy-up is December 9th, 2005. Discussion ensued.

Arkansas Road Centerline File Grant Update
A summarized report of the Individual Counties Applications were prepared and posted on the GIS Gateway website: http://www.gis.state.ar.us/Downloads/ACF/Grant/ACF_Grant_Summary.pdf

Round One Applicants:
Arkansas
Baxter
Carroll
Craighead
Cross
Dallas
Drew
Fulton
Jackson
Lee
Ouachita
Poinsett
Sharp

Outstanding issues with applications:

Carroll County had no request for bid and contractor selected. The county requested estimates from a series of vendors and used the estimate for the grant application, so the actual cost may be more than the estimated amount listed in their application. After individual conversation with the County their intent is to hire an ACF Feature Vendor for the project.

Dallas and Ouachita Counties list utilizing Southwest Arkansas Planning & Development District (SWAPDD) for development of their centerlines. At this time the SWAPDD does not have an Arkansas Centerline File (ACF) Feature Vendor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on file with the AGIO. AGIO received correspondence that it is SWAPDD’s plan to have an MOU prepared and sent to AGIO on Monday, November 21, 2005.

Motion: Judge Hudson makes a motion for approval all of the above applicants with the exception of Dallas and Ouachita County to be approved on the condition of a feature vendor MOU being filed with the AGIO.
Second: Mary Kay Sullivan seconded the motion.
Discussion ensued with the conclusion to address the exception and approval issues in two seperate motions.
Withdrawl: Judge Hudson withdrew his motion.
