Best Available Local Centerline Files
Centerline files currently in the ACF standard can
be downloaded from GeoStor.
The files below do not currently meet the standard.
Best Available Local Centerline Files
The centerline files below are the best available
centerlines at this time. Each layer's attribute database
has been restructured to the ACF standard structure;
however, all database records may not meet the standard.
For example, the type might not be included though the
ACF standard requires the type to be listed. The spatial
accuracy of each file has been assessed against the
second generation digital ortho quads; however, some
discrepancies are still being resolved. Other layers
may have standardized attributes but poor spatial data.
The ACF Standard states
"Centerline shall include all clearly defined passages
through which a standard vehicle may travel as well
as driveways extending more than 500 feet and/or driveways
containing two or more addressed structures."
Some of the driveways, alleys and 'clearly defined
passages' have not been added to the files listed below.
AGIO staff will work with counties to get the files
below in complete compliance with the ACF standard,
but want to provide the GIS user community with the
best available at this time. Please refer
to the metadata (provided with each file) to determine
the status of the file.
