The Project Vendors
Prime Contractor: EarthData

Responsible for project oversight and administration,
interfaces with all subcontractors, and conducts all
reporting and oversight on all quality control. As
well as provide image capture support with their ADS40
digital imaging sensor. EarthData is responsible for
handling final digital orthophoto and digital surface
model production and delivery to the State.
Sub Contractor: TerraSurv
Responsible for all design the survey network, coordinate
field survey, perform QC, and prepare a final report
for the state documenting the ground survey effort.
TerraSurv has worked with EarthData and team members
on numerous state, county, and municipal mapping projects
in the past, and have successfully completed several
projects involving the establishment of hundreds of
control points and the acquisition of thousands of
exposures of GPS controlled aerial photography. The
lead surveyor/coordinator, Kevin Chappell, also has
a extensive experience providing ground control surveying
services for EarthData, and is very familiar with
the team’s and the customer’s requirements
and expectations.

Responsible for providing production support for photogrammetric
extraction and digital orthophoto production. As well

digital imaging sensor.
